Title: Sleeping Woman

While the woman slept Victoria calculated the best strategy to attack her prey at.
Victoria felt no hesitance as she watched the woman sleep; the woman looked so peaceful and calm that Victoria knew she was clueless to what was about to happen to her. She toyed with the idea of waking the woman just to see the terror across her face when she realized what was happening.
Deftly, Victoria leapt on the woman and sank her teeth onto her neck, the metallic blood gathering on Victoria's tongue immediately. The woman bled out before she was conscious enough to scream.

Bella hoped Edward would come for her while her father slept. She wanted to see him, yet Charlie had put strict restrictions on their relationship due Edward hurting and leaving her once before. He tried to be protective, but Bella didn't want the extra rules since she saw no grounds for someone to defend her from Edward.
Edward would never hurt her.
She laid in the silence, hoping to hear him moving through her open window. The curtains created shadows on the floor and walls, and they didn't seem eerie to Bella, because she was getting accustomed to the night.
